Westside LA Team In Training - Summer 2009 Marathon & Half Marathon Team

Congratulations full marathoners on 17 miles, and half marathoners on 10 miles, your longest run of the season! The photo above features your teammates, Halle Standford and Abby Goldberg! We brought in some longer interval times for some of you, and did it feel any different? Not much, right? Weather was just right with the lovely breeze, and some of us even played games while we ran. Everyone kept a good pace this time, and we’re proud of ALL of you! Be sure to check your e-mails as Coach Chris sent out some important information for the week!
