Hi team! My name is Liz and I can’t wait to mentor my first season! I ran Mayor’s Marathon (my first) with the team last summer. The experience was so transforming that it has brought me back to share another with so many dedicated individuals! In my life away from TNT I’m a physical therapist, so I may know a thing or two about running injuries On that soapbox, please communicate with your coaches/captains/mentors, if you are having running related pains…I’m always available to do a little evaluating, diagnosing and treating.
