midweek

If you are tired of running alone during the week, the mentors have graciously put together a plan to solve the problem. Right now we have 10 options for you for Monday through Thursday. We will keep these going as long as there is interest or may shift things around as we see the general response. Please note that these are not official meetings……..just friends getting together to get in a midweek workout. There may or may not be other folks running your pace but you will be on the same course so you will never be alone. Here is what folks have planned (THANKS MENTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
