• Practice this Sunday (9/27) is in the Santa Monica Mountains. We will be meeting at the base of the Westridge fire road. Below are directions to the location.
• WATER – You are required to bring a water bottle or hydration system. We will not have a waterstop on the mountain. No water = No Run. This is a challenging run. Please come prepared with water and proper nutrition before and during the run.
• Distance: 7 Miles for all participants.
• Allow at least 15 minutes to get from Sunset up the hill to our meeting location. If possible, try to carpool as parking can be challenging.

Directions:

• From Sunset Bl
• Turn north on Mandeville Canyon
• Turn left at the first stop sign onto Westridge Rd.
• Follow Westridge for 2 miles until it dead ends at the fire road
• Park on the streets near the houses
• Try to be quiet and respect the neighbors. We will be there early on a Sunday.

Welcome to a new Team in Training marathon season! It’s the Winter Season and we are training for 3 events – Santa Barbara Half in November, Honolulu Full in December, and the Phoenix Arizona Half/Full in January! Over the next few weeks, you will see this site slowly transform with new features. We’ve learned a lot from last season, so we’ve removed a few features and plan to add new ones.
